    Good Points: We had a fantastic two centre holiday to Moscow and St Petersburg. We found the Cosmos tour directors made our holiday more interesting as they both knew so much about Russia. They were always helpful and very friendly which I think it made all the difference to our holiday. I would have no hesitation what so ever to book through Cosmos Tourama again. It was the best holiday we have ever been on.


    Bad Points: We have no bad points.


    General comments: I must say from start to finish our holiday went well. Our hotels were lovely and clean and the staff couldn't do enough for us. We can't thank Cosmos enough for a job well done and look forward to our next holiday.

    We came home feeling we needed another holiday, the trips were very rushed, we didn't have time to see much.
    We felt that 10 days would be much better than the seven, we would have liked longer in the beauty spots such as Lucca, Sienna and San Gimagnano.
    The wine tasting trip was rather a waste , we spent two hours travelling and were only at the vineyard a very short time.

    This was our first Cosmos bus holiday and will be the last.
    23 on the coach we were split into two hotels one being better than the other. Our hotel Wittlesbach had very nice rooms but no lounge area. The food was dreadful there was no quality and very little of it, poor, school dinners would best discribe it. Everything was from a freezer or packet mix. We had to go out and buy food affterwards to fill up. We complained and it improved slightly on the 5th day.

    Did not seem to be an age limit on the Cosmos Tourama tour so had people on the tour who couldn't walk very well due to age and were often left out because of walking, but we also found it hard because we had to either assist them or hang around waiting for them and when you have very limited time at each place we ended up losing a lot of time.
    No time allowed to stop for photos ie middle of Swiss Alps and had to take photos from the bus, were not allowed to stop for 5 mins at truck stop, unfort ...
