    Good Points: Is ok phone large phone memory
    Ring tones ok
    Answer phone sounds clear


    Bad Points: Phone keys seem to be a different way around compared to other phones
    Piano black in colour shows any marks fingerprints etc
    Wasn't able to pick up of my 02 sim card


    General comments: The BT Synergy 4500 Twin is not a bad phone but if I had to choose again, I would have a good look around, better phones out there in my opinion and a bit of research will benefit you in the long run.
