Good Points: None
General comments: Don't buy a car from Arnold Clark. Very poor service, kept waiting 45 minutes to be told that the car we had ordered had been sold to someone else. We then shook hands on the purchase of another car only to be told later that night that it had also been sold. We have complained to head office but not even received a response
