Good Points: Prices seem keen.
Bad Points: Not delivering promises - scratch not repaired on delivery, then promised to ring and sort it but no calls received. Branch does not return telephone calls. Sales team also do not tell the truth if it suits them, mileage on car was confirmed at X and was actually X plus a lot more. Promises of documents such as MOT, confirmation of warranties etc. non existent. Customer service from HO seems slightly more professional although quality of response was poorly written and missed a lot of the 8 issues raised.
General comments: Company says 'Promises Delivered'. experience shows otherwise. Do not expect anything more than a keen price with no service or delivery of promises. i would recommend you go elsewhere, price can be matched by other supermarket style garages.
