Good Points: Friendly, willing staff; handy location; good service; less expensive than many.
Bad Points: Haven't experienced any.
General comments: Ok, so Arnold Clarks is a big outfit. I always liked to go to a garage where I could meet the owner and despite its size, you are quite likely to see a salesman who seems a bit older than the others. That's probably Sir Arnold! My wife and I have bought several cars over the years from our local Arnold Clark Nissan franchise and they have been very good. The staff stay and you get to know them. They do what they say they will do and for a big garage I don't feel they are too expensive. They always have a big range of cars in stock and they are always at good prices. It is important to me to have a good set of wheels and I am willing to pay for the service but Arnold Clark is not over the odds and doesn't seem to rip me off. I don't know about other branches but ours has always been good to us.
