Good Points: None at all.
Bad Points: Customer service, they just don't listen to the customer
General comments: I bought a car from Arnold Clark Renault Bishop Briggs in Nov 05. They totally messed up the finance as the price went higher then messed up the trade in of my old car which I had to get rid of myself. Even worse 6 months done the line I've still not got my keepers supplement to tax my car which was due on Mon 1st May 06 as they lost and sent my details to wrong address. Then made every excuse under the sun, they had the cheek to chase for money for the tax and I had to pay for the courtesy car they gave me.
