Good Points: A local Honda Dealer.
Bad Points: Poor service & communication.
General comments: I nneded a part for my Honda and visited Arnold Clark in Altricham however part was not in stock but they assured me part would be delivered AM the next day, as I was working next day until 1pm and dept closed at 12.30pm I was advised part could be left in car sales for collection as they were open until 5.30pm. Arrived next day sadly after the opening/closing of several draws sales staff were unaware of a part left for collection, however they took a contact number and once again assured me that they get their parts dept to give me a ring first thing Monday morning and explain reason for shortcoming, unfortunately it's now almost 2pm on May 19th and still no call from Arnold Clark Altrincham.
