Good Points: The only good thing I can say about this product is that it looks good, however, if you're actually looking for something that cleans, please don't buy this.
Bad Points: Where to start with the bad points about this because there are just so many. Just don't buy it. You'll end up washing everything by hand in the sink. I'm thinking of cutting my loses and taking it to the tip!
General comments: Glasses are a big problem with this Kenwood KDW12ST3A, these come out dirtier then when they went in. The only way I can get my glasses clean is to wash them by hand in the sink. After every 3 or 4 washes you have to run it with nothing in to clean it, if you don't do this it gets nothing clean. It takes nearly 3 hours for just one cycle. It recommends dishwasher powder and I find that it doesn't like any kind of dishwashing tablet. The build quality inside is very poor, the door sticks constantly and sometimes I'm not strong enough to open it.
