    Lloyds Residential Property Services are extremely show at dealing with request. I have recently put down my deposit for a flat shown but the agents never got back to me on when I can move in. I have been chasing almost on a weekly basis but the agents never got back to me.

    Friendly staff and very helpful.

    I found a flat through Lloyds Residential Property and they were very helpful in every aspect. Thanks.

    Since I left the property, I have not receive my deposit, for more then two months now.Nobody has called me, to inform me why this situation is taking place and every time when I would call, i would hear the same answer:'They can not get hold of the landlord; 'he does not call them back' On the other side landlord would tell me exactly the same: ' He is calling the agency, but nobody is getting back to him' ... complete lack of communication?

    I would not recommend Lloyds Residential Property Services at all. After being abroad and leaving my property in their care for 18 months, it was trashed by the tenants. They then just abandoned me and wouldn't even apologise much less take responsibility.
