Paid over the odds for tickets from Ace Tickets and they did not arrive.
Ace telephone number now belongs to some poor chap who is unindated with other ripped off people calling to chase their tickets.

Ace Tickets took the money of me and never send me tickets ! was a disappointment ..it was for the U2 360 tour ..270 pound they took from me and never sent me a confirmation e mail nor a phonecall and i tried to get hold of them ..they don't hold the same contact number anymore!funny that!

Can someone please help, me and 3 friends purchased V festival tickets from ace tickets.co.uk back in March. The tickets havnt arrived yet which we are not to worried about as the tickets can arrive up to a week before and the event is in just under 2 weeks but we have had rumours such as that have been shut down by the police for fraudulance, there is no answer on the phone number provided, no reply to emails i have sent, absolutely no communication! We really need some information as to whethe ...

I have already posted one review about Ace Tickets when we thought the tickets would not arrive. I can report that the tickets did arrive on the day of the concert by special delivery!! Talk about cutting it fine. However because we paid for reserved seating and surprise surprise the tickets were general admission standing. We have tried to contact the company to complain but again no reply.

My wife paid £210 for 2 seat tickets by credit card from Ace Tickets for the Take That concert 27th June 2009 at Mancheser They dont answer emails..dont answer the phone now their websites gone down. ..now its a case of trying to get money back and securing more tickets so I don't ave a very dissapointed daughter.

I ordered 2 tickets last October for Take That at Old Trafford 27th June at a cost of 210 pounds. I have not received these tickets and it is now 1 week to the concert. I can't get any reply on the phone or to my emails. I have since discovered that they are Rogue Traders and have been shut down by the police - yet their website is still offering tickets for concerts !
I have contacted my credit card company in the hope of getting my money back and am bitterly disappointed that i won't be a ...

I purchased 6 tickets for the Take That concert in Manchester on 27th June from ace tickets and am getting extremely concerned as to whether they will arrive. I have tried on numerous occasions to telephone them and there is no reply. After reading the reviews on here it makes me even more nervous. Has anyone received any take that tickets from them? The saving grace is we used a credit card so should be able to get the money back but doesnt help going to the concert.

No reply on phone after 15 calls to ace tickets, no reply from email sent, concert nxt week and no bloody tickets, i would describe them as theives, paid in full but nothing to show.
going to report them to ASTA ASAP.

Got my 2 children and myself tickets for Christmas present. Paid for them in Nov 08 £309 for three tickets and have yet to receive them. Appalling telephone/email contact. Ace Tickets claim to be part of ASTA which is a regulatory body, biggest waste of space ever still waiting for them to contact me everyone in a meeting (3 days). Have been promised a refund by cheque don't think I will get it.

I ordered some Take That tickets recently but have had no communication other than the initial email which said that a further email would be sent to confirm order when payment was received. The payment has gone through my account and I have emailed them 3 times to ask them to confirm the purchase but have not had a courtesy of a reply to any of these emails. I have telephoned them several times but there is no answer and no answermachine. I am now extremely concerned that I am not going to get ...

Excellent service, actually managed to find me tickets when everyone else could not. Little pricier than buying direct from venue but I did leave it late! Would definitely buy from again, if I can't find the tickets I want at least I know these guys will always be able to get them!

I purchased tickets from them at 140quid each only to find the actual price was 55quid so they in fact charged 85quid for themselves!!! their telephone manner and returning contact was appaling. and when i paid 334quid for 2 tickets, yes 2, they were delivered the morning of the match to the ground as they apparently had mailing issues causing us to lose a hotel room for the night at 85quid!!!

would strongly reccommend you stay well clear of this company, as service and prices are shocking and ...

System does not check for simple mistakes as far as I am aware (like forgetting to add VAT to the price)System then canceled orders put through without VAT (like mine) and sells remaining higher priced tickets on to othersThose who ordered without VAT and had orders canceled were then able to purchase no tickets for the event and left not knowing whether they had been billed or whether they could get a ticket anywhere else as they had not been offered to pay higher price.People on the phone were ...
