“New Scheme is NOT user friendly”

★☆☆☆☆

written by 469Baldwin on 26/01/2015

I used to have a Morrisos Miles card which was brilliant. I do not shop at Morrison's and only use the new Match and More card for petrol. Now whenever I fill up with petrol and try to add my points to the Match and More card at the petrol pump it doesn't work. I have been into the petrol station with my receipt but they can no longer add the points I've earned onto my card. This has to be done in the main store. I then have to queue at Customer Services to get this done. What a waste of my time!

“it's changed to match and more card”

★☆☆☆☆

written by firebyrd on 06/11/2014

The Morrison's fuel card is now discontinued and part of the new match and more store points card. May be OK for fuel but be wary when getting points for goods in store. they are selected items and the price difference is given back in points also many items have had a price increase to cover the points they give you. You also have to spend a minimum of £15 and your basket has to match the rival stores exactly in color, size, etc. Also read the T & Cs online it seems they use your details to check your credit file, how many people are in your household and much, much more basically it's a spy card and your lucky if you get the points your expecting. Mine is now in the garbage bin.

“Disgraceful bullies and thieves!”

★☆☆☆☆

written by Watkins238 on 23/09/2014

I came to Morrisons in Newcastle under Lyme to check my lottery tickets. The customer service representative was very rude and very abrupt and when I gave her my tickets to be checked I saw three winning ticgkets came out of the Camelot machine. The customer representative then started ripping my tickets in pieces I was stunned by her actions and requested my winning tickets money. There tickets won she only gave me two winnig tickets payment. I was not happy and questioned her to what she has done with the third ticket. The customer representative went all red and started shouting at me and throwing all ripped tickets at me. She then left the counter and disappered somewehre insdie the store. it made me very suspicious as it looked like she ran somewhere to hide the missing third winning ticket. I found it unacceptable such outrageous behaviour. I asked for the store manager to come to raise the compliant. The store manager did not even listen to me. He started shouting at me and started allegedly stating that I had told his customer representative to tear apart my tickets. I politely let him know that never in my life I would have ever agreed for the winning tickets to be torn into pieces. The store manager refused to help. When I asked him to call for police he refused and said it was up to me to ring the police. I was waiting near the lottery counter for my husband to bring my mobile phone when suddenly the store manager violently abused me and grabed violently my arms and dragged me out of the store! As soon as my mobile phone arrived I rang 999 and called the police. Appalling service at Morrisons! Disgraceful thieves and outrageous bullies! I will be pressing charges for violent assault and contacting newspapers.

“I have a Tesco Clubcard Credit Card and I get 5 points...”

★★★★☆

written by on 14/10/2008

I have a Tesco Clubcard Credit Card and I get 5 points for every £4 spent at Tesco. Eventhough I get extra 1 point for every £4 spend compared to a standrd Clubcard, I worked out Morrisons is still cheaper and better here is my calculation

(333 litres equals £5 with Morrisons)
Petrol price: £1.029 as at 13/10/08 in Bradford (West Yorkshire):

£1.029 * 333 = £342.657 ( £342.66 spent at morrisons to get £5 voucher)

So Tesco would give a voucher for £3 ( £3.42), to a normal Clubcard Customer

But a Clubcard Credit Card would get approx £4 ( £4.28).

In my opinion stick to Morrisons unless the price exceeds £1.509 per litre of Derv or Petrol or £1.209 per litre if you have the Clubcard Credit Card.

Hope this helps.
