Good Points: Superb build qualityGreat for gamingCan be upgradedOptional SLI graphics.
Bad Points: Slightly heavyOnly has 1 hour battery lifeFront mounted CD bay makes using Cooling pads difficult.
General comments: This is a very well built laptop. The customisation options are extensive and can fulfill any role from basic media / graphic design to high end gaming depending on how much you are willing to pay.Although the CD bay makes using Cooling pas hard they aren't really needed as it has an excellent internal cooling system that works fine as long as its on a hard surface (like most modern laptops).Alienware provide some useful software such as Alien respawn for the worst case scenario. The laptop is also supplied fully set up and ready to use complete with your choice of background (specified during the order process). This is a fantastic laptop. Highly recommended.

On returning it to them they were unable to replace the fan so replaced the entire laptop ...
