    Staff in shop helpful and willing to spend some time discussing mattresses and explaining the differences. Once you purchase you are pretty much obliged to keep the bed, but if you agree to buy, that's not surprising. After owning a bed for 2 1/2 years one of the side bars broke (my fault totally!!) and they are shipping a new part for £15 next day delivery. given it is out of warranty they could have refused and offered a new bed instead. Reasonably cheap and flexible after sales service. Just be sure you definitely want the bed, it will fit and you are happy with the price before you sign the bottom line.

    We changed our mind as soon as we bought a bed and asked for a refund and was told "absolutely not". It was still packaged and unopened. After some questionable language from their head office, they agreed to let us swap for an alternative but charged £25 admin fee! and we had to wait 30 mins while a guy in an office somewhere processed the paperwork! Got the same bed with exactly the same mattress for half the price at Bed Kingdom. The girl in the shop was pleasant ...

    Used Heli-Beds and got same day delivery, friendly staff. I definitely would go back, wish they had more stores!

    I have bought 3 beds from HELI-BEDS over the years and have had nothing but perfect service from these guys and girls, when I walk in they know who I am and always pull out the stops for me, OK once I had a part missing from one of my new beds but it was replaced later that afternoon, and it wasn't really their fault but the supplier, but they still found a remedy, i know my family and friends have been and purchased from them and not had any problems, well done HELIBEDS, if only other business ...

    Really nice comfy mattress, Heli-Beds is definitely better quality than a lot of other shops I tried. Not cheap but you get what you pay for!

    The bed I tried in the Heli-beds shop was a lot softer than the one I ot delivered to me. Helibeds are very reluctant to accept returns on the basis that you may have slept on the mattress. In other words not customer friendly after the sale. Also, the shop salesman appeared to have no authority to make decisions. Everything had to go to Head Office who were not speedy in making contact.
