    Good Points: Online time is good, very little if no downtime.


    Bad Points: Customer service is unhelpful in my experience, problems go unresolved for months at a time despite numerous phone calls.


    General comments: I do not recommend Mango Bay. While the uptime is good, it's no good if you can't get into your account. Workers who answer phones say they can't fix things, that the "sales manager" or "owner" has to do the fixes. Problems remain unresolved despite many phone calls as far as I am concerned. The owner and sales manager are never available.
