I purchased an iPhone from the Electrix World website 2 weeks ago and having got no E-mail confirmation I started to chase them up. No-One answered my phone calls or replied to my messages, so I tried e-mailing them and have received no replies either! I note now that the 0845 number on their website no longer connects! They do state wait 10 days before contacting them but I feel very let down and that these days that I've waited have been wasted! A very dissapointing experience!!

Utterly Useless Company!! Ordered goods from Electrix World over a week ago and have tried to confirm the goods are on the way. Have phoned all the numbers they provide and no-one answers. Have written to them via e-mail twice, no replies. Am just going to cancel the transaction on my CC now. Even the number on their website (0845) appears to have been disconnected!

Really fantastic site to use, found the site really easy to use and browse through. Having problems seeing colours clearly, I felt the site used very good choice of colours. Felt that the site has been well thought out and designed for all ages.
As the previous says, I personally believe that this company will go a long way and it will only be a matter of time when everyone will be talking about them. I wish this company good luck!

I would say that this company very soon will stand out from the rest because of its tremendous after sales service. Comet, Currys, Pc world don't even provide this service. All they want is your money!!
