    The order was placed on in Jun 2009. Despite appearances, this website is on the USA West Coast and any calls to the number on the website go to voicemail. The chat facility on the site is never active. Emails are rarely answered and, if they are, are unsigned and misspelled. No confirmation of despatch received. No request for refund acknowledged, let alone fulfilled. Order history cleared from personal section on site so no evidence either. Evidence suggests these guys are neither responsive nor ethical. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY!

    All though I'm very pleased with the crossbow ,i was not so happy in having to pay at my door the sum off £26.33 for Brokerage Surcharges and import Tax £15.33.. If id known this i would not have use this firm.
    I think Best Crossbows should say on their site about extra cost you will pay at door.

    I do not recommend you using this site. They have yet to reply to mine which are 10 days old. Crossbow is stuck at a holding company in Birmingham whilst dispute is sorted.

    Again, my advice, do not use!
