I placed my order as they seemed to be the cheapest, and then found this site and started to worry. I did call the company and spoke to a guy who was not at all helpful, making me even more concerned. BUT the goods turned up as they emailed me a tracking number, and I did not have to pay any import duty or other charges as reported on here by previous customers, I think if these guys spoke to their customers there wouldnt be a problem. But I found the service to be pretty good, and the bow is awesome.
I would have liked to have known these guys were in the States as I wanted to use a UK company for a purchase of this high value. But I would recommend this company.

The order was placed on in Jun 2009. Despite appearances, this website is on the USA West Coast and any calls to the number on the website go to voicemail. The chat facility on the site is never active. Emails are rarely answered and, if they are, are unsigned and misspelled. No confirmation of despatch received. No request for refund acknowledged, let alone fulfilled. Order history cleared from personal section on site so no evidence either. Evidence suggests these guys are neither responsive ...

All though I'm very pleased with the crossbow ,i was not so happy in having to pay at my door the sum off £26.33 for Brokerage Surcharges and import Tax £15.33.. If id known this i would not have use this firm.
I think Best Crossbows should say on their site about extra cost you will pay at door.

I do not recommend you using this site. They have yet to reply to mine which are 10 days old. Crossbow is stuck at a holding company in Birmingham whilst dispute is sorted.

Again, my advice, do not use!
