    Good Points: Competent at taking my money


    Bad Points: Lack of communication, lack of item.


    General comments: I have been waiting over a month for a Samsung Camcorder, which has still not arrived. Considering that I also paid extra for the 1-3 day delivery, this is abysmal service. Joolop Games have responded to 2 of my 6 emails, claiming that it may be "lost in the post", but are currently avoiding the refund process, and now refusing to respond to me at all.

    Sent us the wrong items, we ordered 2 x Wii games worth £29.99 each and they sent us wheels worth £6.99. They have been evasive and unhelpful

    Ordered a wii fit, wii play and mariocart from the joolop website and paid extra for 1-3 day delivery. After 8 days there was still no delivery. Sent an email but got no response, phoned the joolop office (01325359876) and was told there had been a problem with dispatch. Both the people on the phone were very helpful and the parcel was sent out and recieved the next day.

    Purchsed online, computerised confirmation received and despatch in good time for Christmas. Item was then sent to the cardholder rather than delivery address (rather spoilt the surprise) and then when I opened it to wrap found it was the wrong item. Sent 3 e-mails since, no response whatsoever. Now have to argue for a credit card refund...Would I use again...NEVER

    After the non arrival of my goods I contacted the company and once 15 days had elapsed from date of dispatch and still no sign of goods, Joolop sent my order first class which arrived the day before Christmas Eve, phew! Thanks Joolop!

    I chose to buy wii play with remote control as it was far cheaper here than anywhere else. I got an e mail informing me item had been dispatched the very next day (11th Dec). I started to worry when it hadn't arrived 2 days later and I read terrible reviews about happenings etc. I found a phone number (not on their website) and was told by a really pleasant person to give it a few more days and then phone back. Got the same response from an e mail I sent.

    I'm shocked to say that on 10th Dec I ordered a Wii Remote with Wii Play from Joolop, as they were the cheapest and it arrived today, 18th Dec!I had emailed them yesterday (still without a reply) as I was very worried by the reviews I found online, thought I had been scammed & ordered it elsewhere. I've now cancelled that order.So, I'm pleasantly surprised, although it's taken 8 days to arrive, instead of 3-6 as stated..

    Ordered 3 games 2nd Dec. One arrived on 5th and the invoice had a note saying one more was to follow. I emailed to explain that the invoice said 1 was to follow but I was missing 2. Got a reply saying it was shipped this morning. I emailed to point out that I was missing 2 games and asking if both had been shipped. I received no reply.Nothing else had arrived by 9th so I emailed again explaining what was missing and got a reply saying they will be sent out tomorrow.I have no idea why they we ...

    Having contacted Joolop Games regarding my order (Mario Karts) that hadn't turned up I did get it very promptly and the manager was helpful

    Having given them the benefit of the doubt that my order had got lost in the post I did get what I had ordered within 28 days.

    I ordered a Wii remote and was advised on 25/11/2008 I'd receive it within the next 3-6 days, to date I've still not received the order, when I e-mailed them advising I had not received my order. They came back answering a question which related to loyalty points, since then I've e-mailed them and they have not responded to any of my e-mails, so I've requested my account be refunded. I couldn't find a contact telephone number on their website to try and speak to someone.

    I oredered 2 items, a Wii Wheel and a cover for a wii fit. They sent the wheel promptly, but the order details online said they had sent both items. When I complained they said they would send another, but its clear now that they have no intention of doing this. I have sent numerous mails all of which I have not received a response to yet...

    Ordered my daughters christmas present from Joolop Games 3 weeks ago, 3-6 days delivery. Nothing received as yet but they debited the money quick enough!

    Ordered a video card from Joolop Games at beginning of October (in stock, 3-6 days' delivery). They debited the money promptly. After 2 weeks I e-mailed to say the goods had not arrived. They said they would look into it. Since then, I have received no replies to further e-mails. My online account originally showed the order as 'pending' (whatever that means), but now says that no orders have been received in the last 12 months. Their address appears to have no listed telephone number.

    I placed an order for a Wii handset online with joolop.com, received OC and CC was charged (of course), delivery was promised within 2-4-days. 6 weeks on and I've still received no Wii yet, joolop initially responded to my emails they accepted that the item had probably been lost with royal mail and promised a replacement.     Joolop Games was a good experience, to be honest was a day late but probably not their fault down to Royal Mail. Did email them and got a response in 2 days.

    Ordered item said In stock, immediate despatch so i paid extra for 1-3 days post after 3 days site said order was pending now after a week still no item emailed and got no reply its a waste of time dont use

    Wii Fit ordered from Joolop Games 27/9/08, order status updated same day as showing posted on 27/09/08. To date (07/10/08) nothing received, emailed on 06/10/08 to request an update on the order, nothing received to date. Will give a few more days before passing final judgement but for now I would not recommend.
