Good Points: Graphics, details are amazing. I am suprised to say that they were able to make a cartrige game look so beautiful in the art.
Game play, is serious, competative, dificult, and easy to learn how to do.
In Game tutorials, I love how Golden Sun unlike many other RPG's gave in game tutorials on how to play parts of the game, like using your elemental Djinns
Story, this story was so impacting on my mind, that I could not put the game down until I was to tired to play. I was extremely mad when I bought the game and it ended at the Venus LightHouse. But then I thought, sequal! Yay!

Bad Points: When you got to the talking, It apeared it would never end, they should be detailed in what's going on, but not too detailed like they were, no one wants to have a 23 minute conversation with their game boys.

General comments: When Golden Sun came out, it looked like just another boring RPG for gameboy, especialy sence gameboy was terrible with RPG. I grabbed the game any way. I sat down and started to play, the biggining was long but told a great story. Then I finaly got to the gameplay. AWESOME! I was so amazed at the detail in graphics for a GBA game. One of the best in all games for GBA I have played. I loved how the fight sequence reminded me of the Legendary Final Fantasy Saga! This game is a hall of fame must, it is the "BEST" RPG I have ever played, and several of my friends and family members think so as well. I love the whole plot to this game and I believe it should definately become a book, it would be a best seller world wide for sure.

Excellent graphics, nice story, the characters are good. I love the ending. The attacks are creative. I love the djinns especially. I have no negative points to make about this game.
In other words this is game is the best game for the game boy advance I have so far played, I well recommend Golden Sun and I wish they can do a 3rd sequel.

Golden Sun is the best GBA game {RPG at least} that I have ever played. It has awesome sound and graphics. The storyline is wonderful too. Every thing is wonderful, and yes I agree with the reviewer that said Ivan is the sweetest.

Golden Sun is the most awesome game I have ever played on GBA, the graphics are amazing and the game is challenging so lasts a long time. It is so cool buying weapons and armour and realistic how they change in every town/city. I have recently learnt that you can even send your game data to golden sun 2, this means you don't have to start again and you can learn some really powerful moves. How well planned is that!!!

Golden Sun is very hard, but the graphics look like PS1! (a later ps1 game.) P.S. Ivan is the SWEETEST! Who agrees with me?

Golden Sun is probably one of the best games to every been on a portable system. It is shameful that it was never seen on the Gamecube, but this game will be remembered to be the next Final Fantasy. The sun is shining bright and the golden dollars are running in for Nintendo, as this trilogy become the next and best RPG!

The king of the gba is here...it golden sun. With it's great graphics and story and everything else makes this game a must-have title.

Everyone that I've talked to that has played this game has loved it. If you're looking for a game to be hooked on this Christmas, you found it. It's the best RPG out right now besides the Zelda 4 swords. Definitely worth your money.
Also, a lot of RPG's nowadays have weak storylines. Golden Sun outdid itself with the excellent story. A true RPG gamer's paradise.

This game is wonderful! I bought it yesterday and havent put it down since! I hate to admit this, but last night, I played Golden Sun until 2a.m. in the morning!
The graphics are incredible for a handheld! It reminds me of the old days of SNES...ah enough flashback! The battle sequences are incredibly animated and dont take hours on end, unlike the Lord of the Rings for GBA.. The storyline is your basic RPG but thats fine with me! If you only get one game for GBA, get Golden Sun! Its worth ev ...
