  Good Points: Email communication appeared good

  Bad Points: Despite receiving confirmation emails about being met upon arrival at the airport and bringing the terminal map which they included in the email of where to meet, nobody was there and we ended up having to find alternative method of transport to our hotel.

  General comments: We wouldn't recommend carmalaga.com based on the above.We ended up taking the train to our destination which worked out better for us in the end and rented a car closer to the hotel. I guess you really need to book with a bigger car company to know what you're getting.
