    Good Points: "Feels" many different types of snow and terrain well. It's responsive and great fun giving you confidence all over the hill. If you can only afford one pair of skis, this may be it.


    Bad Points: Not too much, it may get away from you faster than expected if matched with a high performance boot and you're "spacing out" while cruising.


    General comments: It's amazing how in the last couple of years the manufacturers have finally zeroed in on designing a true good all around ski. I think the 7400 is right up with the top 2 or 3. Very solid ski with wonderful versatility giving you confidence where ever you are on the mountain, though I've read that freestyle is weak, but I'm not a free styler so don't know. I ran a rutted GS course with it for grin's and while it's certainly not a real race action ski, it held together OK, better than expected. When paired with a high performance boot it can get a bit "frisky" if you space out and relax too much, but I expect that's probably more me showing my age......... I'd definitely give it a thumb's up, they hit it with this ski & binding combo.
