    Good Points: Fast and Simple to use, with a lot of imformation at your finger tips.


    General comments: I used to use D&B for all my information, but I gave creditsafe a go for 12 months 3 years ago and never looked back!

    There Customer service is Fantastic, I have a direct line to a account manager which has a sense of humor!

    I have recomended Creditsafe to all of my clients, and they all feel the same as me.

    Very good information, providing 'generic' financial stats but more importantly 'trader' information, giving you up to date information about how a company is paying it's suppliers.
    Brilliant staff providing excellent advice and support very efficiently.

    Clicked on creditsafeuk.com. Came up with a blank screen. Tried all contact numbers with no response. I pay almost £300 per year for this service and will now have to pay with another company as I need to do an urgent credit check. Not good enough.

    Credit Safe data seems to be out of date. I use D&B and Creditsafe and there seems to be a lot of discrepencies with their data.

    I spoke to Credit Safe www.creditsafeuk.com and they set me up with a great deal and i will be with them for many years to come.
