    Good Points: Relatively cheap compared to other hotels in the region...


    Bad Points: Just about almost everything else...


    General comments: The front desk was pushy and hard-handed with regard to their packaged Halong Bay Tours (isn't that so far all hotel?) but service levels took a dip when they realise that you already have your own arrangements. I would not recommend this hotel.

    Great location and even better staff. We love our stay at The Ritz. The people were the most friendly. They are number one! We'll definitely stay at The Ritz again. Highly recommend !
