Moto-unlock.co.uk - Cowboy outfit! No link to download page, will not respond to email, "telphone helpline" permanently unavailable, but very fast in taking money!
Now attempting to get refund via Nochex.

I would give no stars for this bunch of crooks, only it looks like I've forgotten to rate them then. Same experience as all others on here. Money taken and instead of a code, a pile of old garbage "taken from p2p network" bugged software provided on "dodgy" CD.

If anyone is interested I was provided with an address by the company where I was told I could return their "special software" on CD. Probably just a mail drop address but if anyone would like to remonstrate with the crooks they may... (read more)

I paid a fee to a company calling themselves MotoUnlock.co.uk to unlock a Motorola Q9 phone on the 28/06/08: I was assured on-line that the IMEI that I quoted was in their database and that I would get my unlock code within 48hrs. I received the following email by return saying, Thank you for your order.
Your order id is: ******
We will send your code via email within 24 hours.
As far as I am aware I have not yet heared a peep from these people, despite having sent numerous emails and web-page... (read more)

I paid for a Moto razr 2 v8 unlock code from this company. After 5 days I emailed them to inquire where it was. In my opinion this fell on deaf ears it seems as this was now 10 days ago and I have no response, no unlock code and a bank account that is 6.89pound light. I do not recommend Moto Unlock. (read more)
