My friends persuaded me to join Twitter so I can do a bit of tweeting. Oh my I am so confused. Find it hard to tweet with so little characters - I normally write an essay. Think I need a lesson or two!… Read Full Review

I think that Twitter is the best social network at the moment. Easy to use, good if you want to meet new people, no so much span like facebook. In 140 caracter you can understand so many thinks about somebody, and than is also funny try to write you messages in 140 caracters :) I hope the twitter will never change… Read Full Review

I've been user of Twitter very long time. I know that now is more preferable Facebook, but I don't like it so much as Twitter. There were strangers asking me for friendship, but it didn't happen to me on Twitter yet. So I stuck more to the twitter. I can be in touch with my friends who are also there. It is great how easy you can find your old friends. So it is very good place for meeting people online. That's why I like it so much… Read Full Review

I have to admit that I am a bit of a Twitter addict. I like to share stuff but mainly enjoy the ease at which I can start up a ramdon conversation with friends and sometimes complete strangers as well as be entertained by the occasional sparks of genius amongst the people I follow. I follow a mixture of celebs (none too lofty), journalists, friends and bloggers and use it to publicise and share my own blog posts. Twitter is much more of a general conversation that is going on. Imagine walking… Read Full Review

Twitter is by far the most useful and fastest tool to get news, informations or updates from favorite sites. While sorting all sources into lists you get a cool and simple alternative to classic rss readers. Just follow people, celebs, websites or newspapers and you will have all relevant informations in your timeline on twitter… Read Full Review

Twitter, what can I say eh? It is a very enjoyable, interactive social networking site that I thoroughly enjoy. The website is very easy to navigate around and what you do is very self explanatory. There isn't much though to Twitter. You follow people, friends, family, celebrities, anyone and you can talk to them and talk to people who follow you. Twitter is a good way to catch up on news and information for your favourite websites and celebrities rather than just reading the newspapers to find… Read Full Review

Twitter a load of hype about nothing in my view. It is a "write only" forum. That is : NOBODY reads the Cr@p posted there... It's like making public the world's most totally banal and trivial SMS messages! Why do it?… Read Full Review

Twitter is great if you're a very busy person and do multiple things a lot. I've been using it quite a lot, this is due to the fact I have many websites that I made and they need to be updated. When I post a new tutorial or guide I'll update it to Twitter to let followers know what's going on.
It's a good, free service that I recommend to busy people who need updating a lot… Read Full Review

Twitter is surely a case of the Emperor's New Clothes syndrome? I can't see how the service will survive as it will not crossover into the mainstream and is not supportable by a business model. It will be overtaken soon by The Next Big Thing, so enjoy it while you can… Read Full Review

Twitter often goes down due to 'too many tweets.' Not enough space for messages and posts (it is limited by word number!). Is more American-friendly that UK. Not enough space on prfile info. I don't see why it is so popular, it is too restricted, not personal enough and there is no filtering system to stop scams and spam… Read Full Review

I love Twitter but rarely use the website. I prefer to tweet from tweetdeck or seesmic, they make it all so much easier.
There's a lot of people saying they don't see the point of Twitter. That's usually because they haven't really tried hard enough, they don't have enough imagination, or there really isn't much there for them because they don't actually like other people.
By contrast, I've found it has opened a big channel of communication that has allowed me to make contact with some people who… Read Full Review

Once you've worked out how to use twitter it becomes quite addictive. It's a bit like text messaging in that you only have a limited number of characters - 140 in total. To use twitter you have to be very concise in what you want to say, the more entertaining your twitter is the more likely it is that you will get followers.
Being a bit of a celebrity voyeur the great thing about twitter is that you can follow celebs that twitter to! Stephen Fry is probably one of the longest serving… Read Full Review

Such a very simple idea but yet so effective!
I have only been a member for a day, however since signing up I have learnt more and more in such a short space of time... I have come to the conclusion that twitter.com is an interesting new kind of social networking site that doesnt include all the annoying advertisements and palava that most sites do these days.
Basically, you sign up (which takes a lot less time than ANY other site I have so far used). Create your own profile (again very simple)… Read Full Review

Twitter is an interesting concept which has recently taken off dramatically with many millions of users a month now accessing it and 'tweeting' to each other.
The concept is extremely simple and its quite amazing how it has hit the media and the mainstream.
In a nutshell; a beginners guide to Twitter : You write a message which is up to 140 characters long. If anyone has elected to 'follow you' then they will be sent that message to read.
Twitter is simple and you should get signed up… Read Full Review
