    Good Points: None

    Bad Points: Small out of date and dingy, lack of free weights and worn out running Machines etc (hurt my back on one of these). People performing exercises incorrectly.

    General comments: Not Good Gym for any body thats wants to train seriously, problems getting in and out if you're not a member as in a school, more like a prison, lack of money spent weights and machines. Also they want You to sign a Disclaimer for using their old machines etc.
