    Bad Points: None.


    General comments: Bought on Sunday, picked up on Wednesday, no hassle, would recommend to anyone. Overall, excellent service. Good price on my px, more than I thought that I would get from dealership, no pressure salesman just gave me the deal and left me to think about it. Further reductions next day. Overall excellent service.

    My car I got from Motorpoint Burnley was brand new 07 plate with 11 miles on the clock. The car inside was dirty (finger marks on the windows/some kind of yellow powder paint on the inside doors/mud on the carpets/and the rev counter was scratched with some kind of cloth they had used) plus I had to pay for number plates 25 that had motor point advertised on them (if they want to add there company on there they should pay the 25) I was not given the owners manual and thats the first thing ...

    Liked the service; not pushy but help if you want it. All questions were answered honestly and promises kept. There are loads of high priced "extras" but they do not push you to take them, no hard sell like some dealers.

    We were purchasing a new Civic Honda 1.8 via the internet. The sales person on the phone dealt with all our enquiries with the patience of a Saint, and returned all our calls promptly. However when we arrived to inspect the car although true to the brochure when seen in an all over shade was not to our liking. We were told this was OK and we were under no obligation to purchase and that our small deposit would be returned. Don't hesitate to purchase from Motorpoint.

    Unless Motorpoint have the best deal and you don't mind the production line / agressive one sided negotiations - go to Motorpoint - If you can buy elsewhere, do so - Buying a car doesn't happen that often and you're parting with the largest sum of money outside of buying a house - Shoddy, patronising attitudes, the hard sell and indifferent customer services aren't acceptable ...

    Bought an Alfa 147 about 2 months ago from the Motorpoint Car Supermarket and so far so good. Pleased with choice and selection on site. Collection servce needs a review. Mechanics argued with receptionist whilst waiting to collect car. Honest ref car imports but warranties all explained.
