Central position, brilliant and helpful staff, very clean hotel and rooms excellent. I cannot fault the Aureus hotel at all, All in all a lovely place with friendly people, I found the public transport is easy and cheap. Once you arrive at Gdansk airport turn to your right and catch the B bus to the city centre at a cost of just 3 zlotty (58p). The beers are good and cost anything from 7 zloty (£1.34) to 10 zloty (£1.92). Food is very reasonably priced I got 5 chicken nuggets and chips... (read more)

The Aureus Hotel is all in all a lovely place with friendly people, forget the taxis the public transport is easy and cheap. Once you arrive at Gdansk airport turn to your right and catch the B bus to the city centre at a cost of just 3 zlotty (58p). (read more)
