  Good Points: No software needs to be installed on either the customer's or the technicians computer. Works as advertised and makes supporting customers a lot easier.

  Bad Points: Could be faster in my opinion.

  General comments: Found it to be an excellent tool for providing support to customers' computers over the Internet. It was pretty easy to use and I was able to be up and running quickly. Only real complaint was that it could have been a bit faster when controlling customers' computers. Well recommend www.imoncall.com.
