    KBBC are nightmare to deal with, definetly let the bad reviews put you off.
    Customer aftercare is zero and the kitchen although good is nothing out of the ordinary.
    I would be very interested to know the origin of the glowing 5 star reviews - almost as if the employees are trying to even the score....

    Over all I am very happy with my kitchen... I love it and think it looks great. The kitchen fitters were brilliant. Fast, efficient, clean and made sure every bit of the kitchen was fitted to perfection.

    The sales guy who sold us the kitchen seemed ok - not too pushy. However it did get a bit annoying hearing that he had been selling kitchens for 20 years only to realise later on that he failed to advise us correctly about certain things.

    The kitchen arrived on time and complete on a Friday ...

    I have just had a kitchen from KBBC and I have to say credit where credit is due. The service from start to finish was excellent. I am so pleased with the end result and it is beautiful and I now have my dream kitchen. I would definitely recommend KBBC. Well done & thank you

    People tend to write reviews when they are unhappy. I am generally very pleased with my new kitchen and the service that I received. The choice was good and I was not put under any pressure to buy. The KBBC Kitchens surveyor was brilliant and the fitters were good and very hard working - arriving when they said! My kitchen was installed in 4 days. There are a couple of minor faults but KBBC have said that they will send someone round to sort them out. I would definitely recomend this company.

    we are very pleased with the service we were given, we now have a room with a great product, the new glossy walnut door looks great, they were tidy from start to finish, we would reccomend KBBC Kitchens

    KBBC is a commission based company, very few employees, therefore there is no continity of service.
    The salesmen are commission based, so they use every trick in the book to get your order, dont fall for it, as if you say no to there best offer you will be calles next day by a persuasive person who will give you some story about cancelled order units in just your range, or some other plausable reason to get you to part with your cash.     I have just had a kitchen fully installed by kbbc kitchens` and can ' t fault them in any way. The quality is fantastic and the install was short and sweet and didn ' t have any hiccups. You have to expect mess when having a kitchen fitted but the mess was a tidy mess and was fully cleared at the end of each day. Overall I found this company to be very reliable and courteous in the whole process. What more can you ask for.

    Do not use KBBC. Their designer tried to continually persuade me to choose one partiulcar style of cupboard after giving me the choice of designs. A new designer arrived and this was an improvement. Then so much time was wated after five attempts to deliver the correct units and non broken cutlery inserts.     The KBBC Kitchens self-employed installers were very good, shame they link themselves to this outfit

    Company itself really do not care about you once they have your money.

    take your money and then deliver in bits and pieces. If you have a query or complaint after you've paid, the people are never available, fob you off with 'will call you back' but never do. R

    Well, the units are good quality but that is where the positive review stops! I agree with another reviewer - once they have your cash the service ends! The surveyor made a mistake measuring up the kitchen and we were sold a larder cupboard that didn't fit into the kitchen. We had to compromise every step of the way and our fitter (also independant of KBBC) had to do a lot of work trying to fit things in.     Very Very unhappy with the service we recieved from KBBC. Where do I start, I dont think this site will allow me enough space to write all of the cock ups but here goes... the original surveyor who came around got the drawings completley wrong and the fitter who was great (Not a KBBC fitter) had to compensate for all the cock-ups.     Very Very unhappy with the service from KBBC, as soon as they have your money they dont want to know about trying to resolve any problems!
    Missing items, wrong doors arrived, three sinks arrived (we only ordered one) the kitchen took five months to complete. The fitter who was not employed by KBBC was great
    No offer of compensation was ever offered dispite sending in several letters to the company who never had the decency to reply to them.

    We bought a new kitchen with KBBC...and the kitchen looks ok, but the fitting was a nightmare for us with the guy working from 10 to 3pm and apparently not doing the job properly. So after 3 months the work is not done, and fitting has to been done again. The client services team is ok but not really solving the issue unless I call them everyday... I won't recommend it..very stressful experience!

    Poor sales. Booked a meeting for replacement doors and work tops after my wife speaking at length with the sales guy on the phone, explaining we didnt require a whole kitchen just doors and ancillaries. Sales lady turned and proceeded to tell us they dont do just doors ...few phone calls from her to her colleges inc the MD then said oh they do supply / fit just doors.     My kbbc kitchen, well, I don't even know where to begin, I am another unhappy customer. Although some of the staff at KBBC Kitchens can be helpful I have also certainly spoken to those who are not.

    They contracted the fitting of the kitchen to a useless pair of workers, who did such a bad job that the whole kitchen had to be removed and refitted again.

    The orignal fit was in my opinion dangerous and the kitchen was unusable, the second fit has been much better, including a full replacement of ...

    Don't be put of by some of the bad reviews, these guys are great. One of the best home improvement experiences we've had. The designer was fantastic and not pushy at all, the surveyor knew exactly what he was talking about, the kitchen was delivered at the time promised and the fitters were excellent. not to mention the value for money, the quality is far superior to MFI and cheaper. Would whole heartedly recommend KBBC.

    I had my kitchen & bedroom wardrobes from KBBC,they are of very good quality and well worth the money.the staff are very friendly and the fitters did an excellent job.i am extremely pleased with my kitchen & bedrooms and wouldnt hesitate in recommending your company.Excellent

    Had my kitchen installed within 2 weeks from placing the order, no mess, very tidy fitters, I am very pleased with the finished product, my kitchen is now state of the art. KBBC Kitchens delivered what they promised.
