Who makes Intoto kitchen units? Where are they made? What are the carcasses and door/draw fronts made of? What is the life expectancy?

Hi there. I have no experience with the Leamington branch but was asked to reply to your question. My kitchen makeover was very good from planning stage to the finished item . The kitchen fitter, especially, was absolutely brilliant. Quality of the units and equipment was very high. However( and this is most important) - when I required rectification work( which I expected to pay for as it was a few years after fitting) I was treated as if I didn't exist. Not only did it take weeks to respond to my request, they then just totally ignored me. It took several e- mails to their head office for a reply. Even then they weren't interested in the work. I hope this helps you

We used InToto Horsham and they were great. We are talking about different branches here, but our impression is that all of Intoto UK is good. A new kitchen will always have some small issues to resolve, however, InToto will deal with those that may arise keeping disruption and grief to a minimum.

We got our kitchen using In-toto newcastle and they were amazing. High quality and so helpful, wouldn't go anywhere else
