We've has some cuboard door stops fail. We realise that the guarantee has expired but the complete disinterest - both by phone and letter - from In Toto has surprised us. Apparently it's entirely our problem, we have to contact the manufacturers ousrelves, but the parts and fit them. We would have been quite happy to pay them for fixing the hinge...

No surprises here- at least you've got as far as three years. they have still not completed mine three months after starting and promising completion before Xmas. I've had to serve Court papers on them all to get this far.

We have investigated your grievance and understand that you have been given the Customer Care number for Neff appliances. In our experience issues are resolved quickly with a phone call directly with the service engineers to arrange to make a convenient visit to your home. New soft closure mechanisms have been ordered and will be posted directly from Germany to your home. If you are unable to install these then please do make contact with our Head office so that alternative arrangements can be made. We do hope that this will bring your issues to a satisfactory solution

please make clear the store location. Intoto showrooms are owned by individuals with a franchise agreement with the manufacturer. Intoto northampton for example is owned by steve and ellen who provide a first class service

Yes, I am sorry about not identifying the store. Other store's reviews appear to be much more complimentary.
The store in question is the GUILDFORD one. However, I was obviously induced by the Intoto brand, so they have some responsibility to help address the issues. I am pleased to say that they have become involved to try and resolve the problems, which one full month later, are still ongoing.

...and here we are a month later, still unfinished, doors without units, stopcock exposed, cooker hood not working etc etc. INTOTO head office have indeed been in touch. Their suggestion,in order to settle this speedily is that I should accept a lesser specification than that originally ordered. Needless to say, no offer of a reduction inthe cost to reflect this.

and today, four months after commencement the INTOTO fitter has handed me some electrical outlet sockets, IN CASE I WANT TO FIT THEM MYSELF.
I've heard of DIY but this is a whole new level.

Totally agree, had the same shoddy service from Intoto Cheam. All promises upfront about 5 year guarantee and banging on about excellent customer service in their literature. However, they ignored two emails and a voicemail when I simply asked them to tighten up wonky unit doors and replace a rubber stopped to stop the bin drawer from slamming which I couldn't do myself and assumed was part of the guarantee for workmanship on the units They said it wasn't included in the guarantee and that they would send someone round to do for no charge. That was over 2 months ago. I'm not holding my breathe...
