    Awful
    Waste of money.
    Freezes constantly.
Camera is terrible - freezing and poor quality images.
Doesn't charge when i plug it in half the time.
Doesn't realise i've connected it to the pc half the time.
Doesn't recognise that there is a memory card in it.
DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE...seriously the worst phone i have EVER had.

When I first got the C902, I was amazed at its little features and thought the camera and video camera was pretty cool! (until you zoomed in!)
Then after a few months, charging the battery got really hard.
I had to hold it in certain positions for it to start charging.
And as the weeks moved on, it got harder and harder.
Until one day, it totally stopped charging.

Also, when I would be on the internet and a text would come through, the phone would freeze, the screen would go black and wouldn't ...

I upgraded my contract to a 18 month contract with 02, i decided to stick with what i knew and got another sony ericsson (I've had 5 others before and never had a problem with any of them), and have At first the c902 seemed good, but then little things started to go wrong, buttons breaking, switiching off, bad battery etc, so i took it back to 02 to get it fixed - they replaced it, 6 months later same thing happens, 02 replace it, 1 day later, same things happens. This is the worst sony ericcson ...

The Sony Ericsson C902 is basically quite a good phone. When I got it first, it used to freeze occasionaly, but not now.I was never over the moon about the media player, but it's worse now as I dropped it and the speaker is now faulty

Poor signal, the worst out of any phone I've ever had. The battery life is terrible. Keys are too small and fiddley. Camera is only of average quality with too much of a delay between hitting shutter release and the picture actually being taken which results in shakey pictures. Unfortunately I'm stuck with this Sony Ericsson C902 for 18 months.

I like the Sony Ericsson C902, but the camera is rubbish (my K800i was great)the C902 pictures are always very dark, and if you try to brighten it up prior to shooting, the picture ends up colour-cast and none of the colours are as they should be...I got it because my K800i was great, apart for when it died, but I liked it and thought I ' d give Sony Ericsson another go.
But I`m giving Sony Ericsson a miss when I re-new.
I like the phone a lot, until you use the camera (which is why I got it).

Was really impressed when my Sony Ericsson C902 arrived with the look and colour. Even takes quite good photos but........... keeps freezing and have to take battery out to sort it. Now it has decided not to even let you do that, basically now broken altogether. I think it is a rubbish phone and not really worth the money. It is a good looking phone, good photos.

Where do I start, contract phone, back for repair 3 times in 3 months, same faults. Have been using mobiles for 20 years and this is the worst one I have ever had. Going back to old nokia that has been in storage for 4 years and still works better.
Would not recommend this phone to anyone, in my opinion worst phone Sony Ericsson have ever made.

Nice looking phone, however I do not recommend Sony Ericsson C902...
Now on my 3rd one in 5 months due to a sound speaker fault on both previous phones! Has anyone else had this problem? Poor reception [cant even send text or make a call at home] wish I would have stuck with a nokia! Im stuck with this now for 12 months!

I am really disappointed with the camera quality of Sony Ericsson C902. The camera fails to produce rich natural colors, its not even maintaining the average picture quality a mobile camera phone. This phone is going to be a bad mark for the Sony Ericsson Cyber Shot series. The contrast level of the screen is also poor. I will not recommend this phone to any one.

This is the 4th Cyber Shot phone that I have had from Sony Ericcsson and I have the say that it is a lot better then some people give it credit for, it is very easy to use as it is basically the same set-up as all the other recent Sony Ericsson's. This phone is light, slim and stylish and is good at recording on video for a mobile.
I am a bit disappointed with the photo quality, if you are photographing someone/something that is staying still then the picture quality is great, however if somethi ...

The camera isn't very good for a "5" mega pixel I had the k800i previous and that camera is better and why have they taken the xenon flash off the camera I don't know! The only other thing is the phones applications and software is basically the same all the time and has not changed much.

It looks good, so a good looking phone, but need to actually work as a phone not just a camera in my opinion. The speakers blew too easy for the Sony Ericsson C902 in my experience, the shortcut button doesn't work either... I find its not a practical mobile phone for every day use therefore would not recommend it.
