    cleans carpet ok but the upholstery cleaner is appalling the part that I cleaned is now worse than before.

    The Bissell 9200E Proheat 2x Upright has been one of the best steamcleaners I have ever used. The work is not as time consuming as other models, the system is very efficient. We had a new carpet that was stained from wear and tear of an old dog with bladder problems, a young dog with sensitive stomach problems and a new baby with food throwing problems. Needless to say, our new carpet was very stained after seven months. The Bissell with the pet odor shampoo took the stains right out on the firs ...
