    Purchased some car seat covers 5 months ago and recently had a fault with one. Roof Box immediately replaced it for me freee of charge. Very good company to buy from and will continue to buy. Stuart Morrison

    On their website The Roof Box Company claimed they couild ship items internationally, so I ordered a roofbox and bars. Later found out that to ship an order overseas is obviously too hard for them.

    Received a very unfriendly reply.

    bought some car seat covers for my bmw 320d tourer. Items looked great on The Roof Box Company website but the covers are a real dissapointment, they do not fit well at all in my back seats even though they are supposed to fit.they were walser velour seat covers so id avoid these if you think you are going to get a really good fit on your seats. the front covers do fit but cover the airbags, i am told that they are safe for my vehicle even though they dont reccommend on the box. So not too sure. ...

    Ordered a dog guard from The Roof Box Company . Shipping to Ireland very reasonable. Delivered within 4 days. Perfect service throughout.

    I placed the order late on a Sunday and three huge parcels arrived first thing on Tuesday Morning. As a previous person commented, for the shipping costs paid, this seems to be excellent value for money. Although RoofBox didn't say the order had been shipped, with this speed of delivery one cannot complain. All the pieces that should have been there were included. I am very happy with the service given by RoofBox.

    Some of the screws and other parts were missing. I have tried to contact them by phone and Email. They have not called back yet. I needed to improvise to replace the missing parts.

    I have been looking for roof bars and a roof box for quite some time now and thought I would try the internet for a better price. The Roof Box Company is the cheapest by far! I was looking at a particular box which came in £75 cheaper than the biggest car accessory company had quoted. I got my bars and box all for £236! Unbelievable! The shipping took 2 days, although I was in for a surprise when I saw the size of the parcel, I couldn't believe how cheap the shipping charges wer ...
