My first impression of this company was poor ,they wouldn't answer the phone , sent a e mail telling people not to contact them as they were very busy , but still took the money on the day of ordering yet weeks later still no sign of order even although I paid for next day delivery , however their attitude completely changed for the better , I received regular emails from them updating me on the progress of my order , even gave me a tracking number for the courier company that was delivering my order. So on reflection I think this is just a small company that was just overwhelmed by orders when the snow first fell and put all of their efforts into getting peoples orders out and forgot about the customer service part of their business,I do feel they have learnt some hard leasons from this whole experience and will only get better , so will I use them again ????? i ordered some things from them on next day special delivery.
they didnt arrive... i phoned and asked why, they said they were with the courrier and it was down to them... i continued to question them and eventually they admitted they were out of stock, i wouldnt have even ordered from them had i known this!
i cancelled my order and was told i would recive a refund within 5 to 7 days, its now been 2 weeks and still no refund!

I found this review helpful because I have also had a frustrating experience with the company and this explains why. However Roofbox's good intentions are not very helpful. It would be better for them not to take orders that they are unable to fulfill, rather than leaving customers frustrated by the terrible service and broken promises.
