The Dell Inspiron has everything I need for my studies. This laptop is perfect as it is fast and loads pages very quickly.
I love my new laptop, it has everything I need. The colours are fun but above all, the software and hardware is very good. The system is fast to start up and fast to load.

I bought a new computer because my old one (also a Dell Inspiron, 4 years old now) has started to become slow and the fan runs almost all the time, which is incredibly annoying to listen to! Therefore, I was quite disappointed to discover that the fan on this one also runs frequently. Although it doesn't make as much noise as the old one, it takes less for i t to start. I am sending this computer back and buying another one.All in all, if you don't mind the fan noise, I would definitely recommen ...

Well, I bought mine from a couple of months ago and I like it so far... not recommended for gaming but could be reliable and has a very good look and speed + efficiency. I just changed the windows to XP Pro cause I don't like the vista one.
I also liked the media keys and the width and clarity of the screen with a 15'4''All in all, it's suitable for everyone, and it's worth the money... so I recommend it to everyone

I have dell inspiron 1525 with intel dual core 1.86, 3 Gb memory,250 hard drive, cd/dvd rw. This is my first laptop and I really like my choice. I did the weekend special at $699 and I upgraded the processor so my total was $749. I called they next day after placing my order and tried to upgrade more on the processor but was talked out of it. Now that I am running it I wish I would have upgraded one more step. I have the meters on the side and processor speed stays about 70% to 100% and shared m ...

I got mine from dell Canada at a price of 599$ (tax not included).
It should of had vista home premium not home basic. The hard disk space is middle points (120 GB). Its a great laptop that runs really fast. Theres nothing wrong with this laptop really though at a price like 599$! (There was 2 inspiron 1525s in dells magazine they were different the one I use is 599$ and the other one is 799$).

Old Latitude with pentium3, for business are more ergonomical with their double touch pad buttons and track point. I think that new notebook with older C600 keyboard design, especially two buttons groups for touch pad & track point is that ,what I should have.

1. The wifi adapter is not built in the motherboard, and couldn't be automatically detected hence I got problems installing its driver.
2. The driver for the card was not included with the included drivers disc, and I had to go back to the Dell distributor to configure it, where then provided the driver.
3. Comparing it to the latitude, it is not as rugged, the screen doesn't have a lock button, no extra pointing device like the latitude, and the keyboard layout is not as nice as the latitude, e ...

An excellent laptop from DELL. You can get great deals on extras from Dell. I asked for an upgrade to 4GB of RAM and they gave me it free.
I bought it online from Dell and they promised AM delivery. It was delivered at 6.55pm but that was down to the carrier they use.

It has a very nice face, but video is strict that it can not run guest os's of virtual pc/box. A friend's laptop with nice, sleek design. Infact the only bad points I have experienced is the video has problems. However I do recommend the Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop.

The Dell Inspiron 1525 is well worth the money in my opinion and well recommended. From the first day I got it I found it very impressive at loading speeds and efficiency and to this day I still find this one of the best qualities of this laptop.Expensive but in my opinion well worth the money as I find this to be the best laptop I have ever experienced as it feels so well built.Very well made in my opinion, screen quality, keyboard feel, overall looks and weight and feel of metal and lights... e ...
