    Poor quality products and poor costumer service. I would not recommend this company.

    Similar problems to previous posters. Bad fitting windows and doors, seals round wrong way. Locks not working properly. Leak in conservatory. Most things fixed once but some now faulty again and hard to get Force8 Windows to accept responsibility.

    Shockingly bad standard of workmanship.. Desperate lasck of any real customer service. Token effort by one of the Force 8 sales team but this seemed fairly half hearted.

    The door is in and it will keep the weather out until we can afford something better to replace it .

    Overall a very efficient service from Force 8 Windows. Within the 10 year guarantee I have only had one problem with the cill. Their engineer was out the very next day. I would recommend this company to anyone.

    Poor fitting on our Force 8 Windows. We have had to have several visits to put things right. Still now the locks are not working and windows are catching. Door seals are the wrong way round. I also feel that Force 8 are not accepting responsibility. I do not recommend!

    I've just bought a period property where the previous owner had spent more than '£30,000 on replacement windows, large conservatory and side porch.The conservatory is still well within it's 10 year guarantee and has developed a leak. I called the company to ask them to fix it. The company told me "sorry sir, our guarantee's or only for the owner at the time and are not transferred to the new property owner."
