    Good Points: ease of use, picture quality


    Bad Points: None


    General comments: I have owned Canon camera's for the past 20 years and when it became time to upgrade to DSLR's i had 2 choices. The Nikon D60 or Canon EOS450. I was unable to obtain the Canon in time so plumped for the Nikon instead. I have never regreted the decision as i find the Nikon extreemly easy to use and the pictures it takes are great. I would recommend this camera to anyone.

    Stunning photographs straight from the box and easy to understand instructions. Easy to adjust settings. The perfect camera for beginners and semi professionals alike. A superb camera at a very reasonable price.
    Only had this Nikon D60 for two months and I am simply over the moon with the quality, build and simplicity.
    extra lenses are a bit pricey but hopefully prices will come down.

    The Nikon D60 is a very easy camera to use at the very beginning, I had some experience with film-SLR cameras and I found this one very comfortable with displays, settings and the like. Though you can start taking pictures (nice pictures) just after taking the camera from the box, there is a huge room for exploration (and I mean with the standard kit).
