I neeeded to sell my vw golf tdi it had no service history i mentioned that on website there was few bits wrong from 4grand i got less then that showed all the paper work which i got when i bought the car everythin checked and me being happy with the price we shook hands and signed the paper work i then caught bus all the way back to my town 9 miles away 3 hours later i get a call that we cant buy your car as we done more checks in to it aload of bull wasted a day off work sleep money had to beg and get my deposit back on new car it was sold as seen so who is wrong?? would i sell to you guys again i rather scrap my car

I have a 6 year old (53 registration) AUDI A4 FSI SE which their website valued at £4545. I had rated the condition of my car as "good" when in fact in my opinion is is better than this. When I bought the car from the local Audi dealer around 3 years ago, it had a scratch along the nearside doors which the dealer re-painted before I took delivery. Total bunch of criminals.....DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUSTANCES THEY WILL PREY ON THE FACT PEOPLE NEED TO SELL!!!!!!! They will never give you anywhere near a market price. I had a 2006 Toyota RAV4 Top of the range with low mileage they offered me £13,250 and then reduced their bid to £11,300 less than 24 hrs before collection. WHAT A SCAM!!! Which is a shame as its such a good idea! They quote a price, they clearly wont be offering you, once you waste your time getting there! Had to wait half an hour to be told they would offer us £500 less than quoted!! Absolute jokers with no manners either! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Quoted £395 for a 1996 (P) Honda Prelude . On arrival they said the remaining tax was part of the deal ? I removed the disc. Poor offer of £241-00 after telling them I thought if was a rip-off. The car had to go as I had found a replacement.

Absolute scumbags! Get you down there then change the price they offered you! My car was brand new and in mint condition but that didnt stop them offering me £1000 under market value! Total joke! Avoid this place!!!

WeBuyAnyCar ... We B***** Any Customer. Do not use WeBuyAnyCar. I have just come from their Reading office. I had completed their form online and received an offer for my car of £13,850. Having read some of the reviews on this site I had expected to be beaten down a bit. True to form they said that their computer had made a £1,800 "mistake" and revised their offer down to £12,050. Cowboy Company ***BEWARE+++ Quoted me £22,455 for my bmw,then the night before sent the comfirmation email,and at the bottom in very tiny writing,it said valuation £21,400,so it had been reduced by £1055.God only knows what they would have offered if i had gone ahead with the appointment.Finally sold the car to my local bmw dealer,who said that he had heard of thousands of simular stories,so stay well clear.

I sold my street Ka to webuyany car, i found as long as you are honest and enter the correct details on their web page then you will have a professional and slick service, i got a price i was very pleased with. I did notice another customer upset about their valuation, i overheard they had entered the wrong year and miles and had no service history as claimed. I put in my details to get a valuation for my Ford Focus and it came up £1045.00 but due to me swapping my personal number plate had to wait for the log ook etc.
When i finaly had all the paper work i went on line again and put in the same details and it came up £765.00
I was gutted so used another name and illed in all the same details a third time and this time got a valuation of £850 !!!!!!
I truly think it is a random program thet churns out good and bad valuations and wo ...

I have a 1989 porsche 911 that I thought I would try to get valued just as a pointless exercise, guess what, although in excellent condition inside and out with absolutely superb mechanics they offered less that £3000. Is this for real?

I went to sell my astra sri (x-pack) 2005 i went on the website and they quoted me £4000. So i dorve up to do the deal with them. When i got there they only offered me £3150. Due to a scuff on the wheel AVOID!!! DO NOT WASTE YUR TIME!!

I was offered £1,495.00 for my Vauxhall corsa and travelled to one of the depots thinking I would get a reasonable amount for my car however after the evalution I was only offered £1,000.00 (which is a ripoff) he said that it was due to the scratches down my car, despite me having already decalred them online and there being nothing else wrong with my car!!! I wanted to sell our Honda Accord and they offered 10,240 for it. However, when I was close to taking the car to one of their locations, the salesman on the phone said they would only offer 9,000 despite their written quotation and may increase slightly if there are no problems found.
