Just had to sell my dad's 02 plate Nissan Almera as he has now had his licence taken away due to his health. WBAC.com offered us £1200, which we thought was reasonable. However, on the way to their drop of point, we popped into a garage that was offering cash for cars. They offered £1600 in readies, there and then. Needless to say, we never made it to to the drop off point. There are better deals to be had out there. They obvioulsy need to make a good profit to pay for their corny ad ...

This company is a joke, my online quote was £50 which i was happy with as the car had to be scrapped, but when i took the car to them they then ended up giving me £27 `!!! they took off £4.99 admin fee and the value of my tax which is £18. When i did my quote i stated there was no tax but apparently they only give quoted including tax, y tax runs out at the end of december so by the time this is sent off to DVLA Swansea i might miss the time to cash in anything. They a ...

A relative of mine works for them as a buyer...he will freely admit that they are a Business who look to buy cars for £XX and sell them on for more..which obviously is the point of a Business to make a profit!! In the last month ,he's had 8 " clocked " cars offered to him and 13 " Write Offs " by people looking to off load them. Additionally, he reckons that only 30% of people who come to him use the website properly and disclose damage on the cars. At the end of the day it's a Service.... ...

This company is a joke, i tested there online valuation which came up 2k short of what local dealers will pay you for your vehicle, stay well away.
If you really need to sell put your car on autotrader or ebay. They are hunting for people who need the cash quick and people that dont know how to sell....stay well away!!!

I had read loads of bad reviews about we buy any car but still decided I had nothing to lose by seeing what they would offer me for my 02 reg Landrover Freelander. I had given up nagging my husband to sell it and was getting fed up with forking out for temporary insurance. The website quoted the lower end of the book price for such a model but I expected this. I also expected a bit more to be taken off for odd scratches which the 'dealer' found. However we still managed an acceptable price for t ...

The price they offered for My immaculate Citroen C8 was a joke, Glass's said bottom book was £3800, yet they offered £3300. These people are just looking for desperate sellers, so unless you fall into that category I'd give them a wide berth.

When attempting to sell my Peugeot 207 i was caught by the claim of 'we buy any car' to purchase the vehicle quickly and fairly. I found the online quotation a little under the book price but considering the quick sale prospects quite reasonable. I was honest and upfront about the small dent on my car, the only damage, and the fact that it needed a new tyre. However, when i met to sell the car the typical car sales man patronising attitude was in full evidence. He then went on to offer me £ ...

Got an independant valuation done so new what I was looking for. Got the quote from webuyanycar went along to meet the rep. He was on time, checked the car, fabricated dents and scratches when put to him to show them to me the lighting in the compound had got duller. Alot of bull! the quote was then slashed by £330. deal or no deal? no deal! Cowboys with no intention of paying the valuation! my advice stay clear!

Got my valuation on line and it was below bottom book price but decided to go with it anyway, rather than pay to advertise and hope someone would phone or turn up.
Turned up for my appointment as arranged, they were running late and I had to wait for 25 minutes!
The salesman then checked the car over, he said that there was small dents here and there and scratches beside the boot opening, there was no dents and when he tried to point them out to me and a friend we both couldn't see them.
    They th ...
