    Good Points: Prompt shipping, decent pricing.


    Bad Points: Suspect counterfeit product, lack of support.


    General comments: I purchased a USB Bluetooth dongle at a very reasonable price. My problem is the drivers that were bundled with the dongle didn't work. I'm in the IT field for over 20 years, I e-mailed their support department with a simple request. I just wanted to know the manufacturer of the device so I could find working drivers. I was extremely disappointed when they chose to reply "We are unable to disclose any info on the manufacturer. Please try reinstalling the adapter. If that doesn't help, try reinstalling it in safemode with full admin. rights."
    This is my one and only experience with them so I don't know if the other items they sell work out of the box of if their support department is equipped to handle questions regarding it's use.
