    total rip off sold me what i did not need says things have gone on your computer and gets you to relpace parts that do not need replacing bad service for a small shop have had better dealings with pc world will not go there again and will definately not recommend to family and friends and the owner has a bad attitude talks down to you like you are stupid.

    Bitz N Bytez is a fantstic computer shop with real people running it that speak english and not technogeek.
