    Good Points: Apple store online was excellent.smooth transaction, very fast delivery and free engraving. Have bought 2 ipod nano's over past 9 months and service and quality of product was excellent on both occasions. Would recommend.


    Bad Points: None. Superb online store with reasonable prices.


    General comments: Price of my iPod Nano at the Apple Store was roughly around the same as Currys and comet but offers free engraving which is a lovely touch when buying a special present. Comes gift wrapped with card for a small price but again a lovely touch. Very pleased with service and quality of product. It arrived within 48 hours. Excellent!

    AT&T and Apple doesn't seem to sync that well and it seems like they don't work closely to resolve customer issues. All I had to do was porting my number from TMobile but their system threw as many errors each time I tried to set up my account.

    Recently visited the Birmingham Store to take my Macbook for repairs under warranty. Everything was very organised and you were welcomed as soon as you walked through the door. I was made to feel reassured by 2 staff that I will be attended to shortly and to ask if I have any questions. They were extremely busy giving advice to other customers, but still made sure and checked on you to make sure you were ok. Only had to wait a max of 10 ins to be seen.
