I use a number of Morrison stores throughout northeast England and Southern Scotland.I have found,in the main good service, helpful staff and quality food( in particular the cooked meats and delicatessen counters.)
However I find it annoying and frustrating that the Sunderland/Roker branch does not stock 500g packs of Lurpak ' unsalted ' butter and often runs out of the 250g packs. This is a regular occurrence Despite my many requests to staff.
Because of the above problem I am often forced to stop at at one of your main competitors in order to purchase unsalted butter on my way home from shopping at your store, please please please ensure that the store maintains adequate stocks of this product.

Why doesn't the Falkirk branch of Morrisons supply what the customer wants. I.E. Lemon curd tarts, plain Wenslydale cheese on your deli counter, not prepacked, bacon medallions, small spicy type Cumberland sausages these were taken off the shelves,Also I have noticed the prices are creeping up compared to your competitors/.I also dislike queuing in the cafeteria while people are getting their tea of coffee could place the drinks machines outside of this area and supply drinks on a similar basis ...

Good helpful staff , ( Caerphilly branch ) wide isles, good range of products, bakery second to none, The change-over from Safeways was a noticable difference, much for the better, and I said so to the first manager of Caerphilly , with the lack of stock on some offers, I realy hope Morrisons is not going to slip back to the standard we had at Safeways,

I quite enjoy shopping at Morrisons even though tey are not as cheap as ASDA and Tesco but there food is much higher quality and tastes better. Lots of confectionary and treat choice aswell as there being a cafe and fish mongers. There was a great choice of ready meals.
There is not a wide selection of oriental foods and the staff aren't very helpful. Also when Morrisons took over Safeway they stopped having the tradirional car boot sales that happened anually at Safeway stores.
