Sorry, I am confused - this site has terrific reviews of www.TotallyShoes.co.uk, but the item I want to purchase from them takes me straight to the www.cloggs.co.uk website, which has awful reviews on this site. Can anyone shed light on this anomaly? Are they one and the same company? Or is Totally shoes just a reseller?

I personally think this is a great company. I've shopped with them on multiple occasions and I'm always happy with the service I get. Its not always next day delivery like they say they try to do, sometimes its taken 3-4 days but that could be due to Royal Mail and you do always get what you pay for.

The overall experience was 1st class. The trainers were 1/2 the price of elsewhere. They arrived quickly and they were exactly as described.
The website was a little hard to understand. The sizing for childrens shoes wasn't very clear between infant sizes and junior sizes (could have size C5 or J5) so when I ordered I didn't know for sure that they were the correct ones.
It did turn out ok though and were the size I had hoped they were.
