    Site said in stock when not!!! waited a week for boots. 2 days later i had a call from the bank saying that someone was trying to buy £390 worth of items in M & S. i hadnt used the card before so i am guessing it was them. luckly the bank stopped my card in time.
    never will use them again

    I ordered shoes from Cloggs that were supposed to be in stock, however after my order had been processed, I received an email a few days later telling me the shoes were not in stock. Bit annoying really, considering the only reason I had used this website was for those shoes specifically. In the end this was a complete waste of time, and I would have been better of going to the local shoe shop.

    I ordered a pair of Uggs size 3 last Sunday. On the website they were in stock. On Tuesday (2 days later) I got an E-mail saying they were not in stock. Ok, all this I can accept - although in this day and age I would think that it is easy to get a live stock update on a popular website. But the real issue is what happened next. There was a pending payment of £129.95 to my credit card. When CLOGGS.CO.UK cancelled my order they said that they hadn't taken any money etc. Now i understand fu ...

    I ordered a pair of boots from www.cloggs.co.uk that were apparently in stock based on their website. However, after ordering it turned out that they weren't in stock and it took about six weeks for stock to arrive, which was rather disappointing.
