“Worst experience in my life”

So I placed an Order that is for €500. Upon placing the order and confirming I realized a mistake I typed in the address. So on the spot, I tried to contact them and only means I had was an email. So I sent the email with the correction and recieved an immediate confirmation with my amendment. Two days later I receive another email saying they cancelled my order due to an adress mistake and they are refunding me €314! I just discovered YOOX a few months ago and have made multiple purchases as wells as some returns. All have occurred seamlessly, and the refunds were issued to my credit card promptly. Really bad experience again. My orders are getting cancelled out of the blue with no reason given whatsoever. I have been shopping from Yoox since 2008. I found their whole system of organising the shipping/returns/refunds quite efficient and the client service has been in my case very helpful and competent, but this is what is expected from an online business to succeed. “It's not perfect but still good”

I've been a customer of YOOX for more than a year. Made 20 something orders, with several pieces in each. There were only a few things I returned: some didn't fit description and expectation (I remember a Polo Ralph Lauren blazer which turned out so ridiculous that I even laughed when tried it on; half a year later they still are trying to sell it), some had trouble with sizing. Never tried Yoox before - but reading the returns policy I certainly didn't think it worth sending the boots back, the price was on offer, but I didn't expect light grey boots to have black scuff marks on the toes, back and one blotch on the side, these had obviously been tried on in the shop many times - the folding of the leather on the toes were not well done put passable - just glad I didn't pay the full price! even half the price was too much for the state these were in - NO indication… Read Full Review

“Non existent customer service ”

Hope you never need any help from them as their customer device is useless!!! I live in Switzerland and I have no possibility to call them so I have to rely on emails even if urgent. They are supposed to answer within 24 hours but this did not happened to me once! In fact I feel lucky when they answer at all!
