I don't understand the bad reviews on this site. I ordered a pair of shoes , they arrived in 4 days through UPS ,I received an e-mail with the track number and I was able to check the state of my delivery every day ,inside the box I had a letter which explained what to do in case of goods return with a PRE PAID UPS label so the people who said they had to pay to return their goods are not telling the truth. 86% return rate? Wow, and this surprises you? I'm blown away by how many people seem to feel entitled to behave this way... imagine if you owned a business, and you had a client who came in and purchased, but then returned 86% of what they purchased. No way of knowing whether the stuff has been worn, or tried on sweaty smelly bodies, or anything. Or even replaced by fake merchandise.... I'd block you too. No, I'm not affiliated with Yoox in any way, other than I've also been a customer for several years and spent quite a bit of money there myself. However, I'm a little more realistic about the realities of online shopping whereas it appears that you (and apparently a lot of other people) are living in a fantasy land of entitlement.

I have been recommending Yoox to all my friends as I get the best shoes from them. It has the biggest pool of shoes I have ever came across. My size is 41 and I am not always to lucky find the one that fits, usually they are all too small. Ridiculous customer service. I just need to return a pair of shoes from my last order and well I've been trying to contact them for a few days - and nothing! They never replied to my messages online. “Absolutely Extremely Poor Customer Service”

The advisor I spoke to refused to give me her full name, she blamed on me not entering the full address but I did so the shipment didn't not arrived but returning back to them. She said she had to cancel the order but not sending it back to me. But how come they sent it out without the address? Given that the shipping charge was £7 regardless of the size of the order, I ordered three garments from Yoox. One was a jumper, which is simply stunning - superb quality and excellent value. “Worst customer service. Pray that you don't need...”

I have purchased quite a number of items on yoox.com. (at least 20 orders in the last two years) While the garmets and shoes I mostly find of good value for money - they are a really not very professional company when it comes to service: A couple of times while they sell "all import duties and transport included" (I live in Switzerland - not part of the EU), I afterwards got invoices for duties and handling from UPS. I tried to change it in my customer space but it was not possible, so I sent an email to the customer service to ask them to change it. YOOX.com is the worst website . I ordered a pair of $400 Gucci pants and they came with a hole in them. I was a little scared, having read all the negative reviews. I am so happy I gave Yoox a shot! Express shipping option is excellent, although not cheap. They offer free standard shipping when ordering for more than 200e. Items arrived to Finland after 2 days only. Unfortunately I had to return a dress, but this was not a hassle at all! The products that I ordered on YOOX did not have a an exact description of the size fit. On the description it was saying it "fits large", but it was a smoll fit. When I was completing the return form, it offered me to use "YOOX MONEY", stating that it's the fastest and easiest way to claim a refund for returned items and I would be able to use them as soon as they receive my return form.
