I got the O2 priorty moments app. the whole thing was a let down. expired offers. deals hundreds of miles away which expire before they can be used. what a joke. (read more)

I got a contract phone from O2 and 6 months in I lost my phone and requested a new sim card. 2 months and about a dozen calls later I still had no sim card. Every time I ordered one the O2 system kept cancelling the order. 12 times I reordered the sim card and still nothing. Eventually I gave up, I ordered the sim card but told them I was cancelling my DD payments and would only restart them when I received a SIM card. I used this tariff when I knew I was going traveling and wouldn't need my phone and my contract finished a few months before I left. It was no trouble to change to and I still would be able to upgrade when ever I wanted to. It was only £16 a month even with my iPhone. All in all a good deal. (read more)
