    Good Points: If you only talk to a few specific people then this is a good plan on paper.


    Bad Points: You are limited to the handsets you can select. The my faves software never works when you first get the phone, it always takes a few phone calls to get it set up as the price plan will not be active until the handset software has been configured properly.


    General comments: The T-Mobile MyFaves 25 tariff is extremely disappointing. As I have commented on this is a good price plan on paper. I had this price plan for almost a year when my handset broke. I was supplied with a new one as it was still under guarantee. When it arrived I must have made in excess of 25 phone calls to t-mobile in the space of 3 weeks regarding setting up the my favourite feature again, as I was now being billed for my 5 favorite numbers. It was only 3 weeks later that someone in the t-mobile call centre realised that the software on my handset was not compatible and then I was issued with a completely different handset in order to try and get the price plan working again. It is still not working properly and I don't think it will. If you are considering purchasing this plan my advise would be not to and to choose another that is suitable for you as this one is more hassle than it's worth.
