    Good Points: Fast turnaround.
    Good quality materials.
    Secure postage.


    Bad Points: I ordered a canvas. The colours were appalling.
    Image far too bright - almost bleached out in some areas.
    Did not match the original colour managed picture at all.
    Customer services - next to useless for technical help.


    General comments: Very unsatisfactory.

    I asked Tesco Photo technical questions about image format, size, colour management support etc PRIOR to placing my order.
    The questions were never answered satisfactorily - but I thought I would give them a chance and place an order.
    The results were rubbish!
    Currently trying to get someone to talk to me about either refunding my £60 costs or re-doing the print with some attention to colour quality. - Banging my head against a wall at the moment.

    My advice - steer clear - go to someone who knows about the service they are providing.

    Ordered a set of photos online to pick up in store at a given time 24hours later. Got to said store 24 hours later (a fair old drive away) only to be told by the shop assistant that my order had not come through, and there was nothing they could do about it as they had not received the order from Tesco photo (despite Tescophoto having taken my payment, given me an order number and a specific collection time). I was told that 'this happens all the time' and I was better off going home and bringin ...

    The 'only' good thing for me about Tesco Photo Online is the fact that you get clubcard points on your purchase. Before purchasing my photos i compared online photo sites such as jessops, asda etc and Tesco was most certainly one of the cheapest prices.

    First of all I was given the wrong pick up day and time with failure to alert me of a delay which i was not very pleased to hear due to the fact of urgency concerning the pictures. Lastly i was deeply disappointed in the quality of the pictures. ...
