    it's a free site so you get what you pay for! It's easy to join and it tends to attract people that are serial daters (they'll be on a half dozen other free sites, wanting an affair, sad ,lonely it's like a slightly tackier plenty of fish with pretty well the same members.
    If you're looking for people that are more serious you'll probably need to join a subscription site.
    You can usually tell the quality sites by the profiles as they don't tend to have to give warnings about cyber sex, players etc etc and you very rarely see the phrase 'pass me by' at the end of a list of exclusions that usually cover such lovely habits as spitting, (i kid you not) bo and violence!
    Smooch is more the jeremy kyle show end of the dating market!!!!!!!!!

    My experience on the site are if you are carefull who you talk as a lot of men are making out they are wanting long term but in fact are married.
    I have met some nice men as friends so as long as you ask them for a home phone number that way they are genuine

    Just recently ended my membership due to too many timewasters who pose as being single, genuine and looking for something longterm! However, I did chat to some nice people but more of the other sort on here! I would say this is the best site I have tried and FREE too! very easy to get around but unfortunately it's been spoilt by having to pay to see Smooch's and who's looked at me? my critisism would be 'if they keep looking but don't write, then they're not interested anyway.

    Since smooch.com has changed the way they want people to take part in the site, it has become more of a pay for this, pay for that site. I went away this weekend and came back to a site full of complications. They now want me to pay to see pictures. They also expect me now to pay to see who has viewed my profile. What next?

    I will no longer go on the site even though i did get a great date from it a few months back. Smooch.com need to get their act together and decided whether they want people ...

    Thought it was a good site. Not many good points when you are taken off the site without being able to defend your self. Someone can upset you with what they write if you retaliate some people get the hump and you are removed from site without being able to defend yourselfThere are two sides to all stories.

    I have 'talked' to some very nice people..
    I and I'm sure plenty of others are pleased to have found this site as it's a very good way to make new friends and we are not ripped off like other sites. So thank you for making this site available. Well recommend Smooch.com.

    It should take into consideration the other party's side of the dispute, there are things like false representation, like saying you are medium when you are verging on the scale of obesity, fairs fair and this should be taken into consideration at all levels. I believe it is false and misleading saying you are single when you are in fact married or in a relationship.

    Complaints being dealt with.
    All in all a very good dating site. Was quite easy to use, met some nice people on there, even though there was the odd person on there like any dating site. In my opinion, definitely the best so far.
