    My experience of Dateline is as follows,I have joined this site at various times over the years in the hope of meeting someone. From a male point of view the site has a lot of fake women on it now. Once you cancel your membership because of no contact with anyone suitable, I guarantee you will end up with 3 - 4 messages from attractive women. So what do you do? You rejoin to answer them, never to hear from them again! You also have the problem with a lot of spammers, who send messages not sure why this happens as a male has to be a member before he can send messages in other words vetted. The site is a bit of a con and you'd be better of spending your money down the pub!

    With Dateline you meet quite a few people online. You can message or chat live if you pay to join for full membership.
    When the website works there are no real problems with it, but for the last two days I have been unable to access it from any direction!
